The trending nationwide protest against hunger and hardship in Nigeria has started as scheduled.
Recall that the protest is scheduled to begin on August 1, 2024 and end on August 10, 2024.
The organizers of the nationwide protest had promised that there will be no form of violence in the process, but GNtv News learnt that a man was seen with knife trying to harm protesters in Abuja.
Fortunately, the police on ground was able to neutralize his malicious plans as he was arrested.
