Popular political prophet and leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has spoken about the candidate Edo people should vote for in the forthcoming September 21 gubernatorial election in the state.
The cleric claimed that the PDP candidate, Asue Ighodalo, is the best candidate to vote for, as he would give Edo people what they want. He also claimed that Ighodalo will bring progress to Edo state.
Primate Ayodele said this in a video he shared on his TikTok handle on Saturday evening, September 14, 2024.
He said Labour Party governorship candidate, Olumide Akpata, would have been the best candidate to vote for because he has what it takes to be Governor, but it’s not yet his time.
Speaking further, Primate Ayodele kicked against voting for the APC candidate, Monday Okpebholo, claiming that Edo State may be on political standstill if they vote for him.
“In Edo State, Olumide Akpata, you would have been the best candidate to vote for, but it’s not yet your time, and besides you did not go to the right party. You are a good person, you have what it takes, but I’m not seeing you there now.
“For the APC candidate, things might not go well if they vote for him. Some people may be disappointed and things may be on standstill.
“The two candidates of PDP will give Edo people what they want. They will bring progress and the people will rejoice. Ighodalo will do better than Obaseki. He is the candidate they should vote for”, he said in the video.
