GNtv News learnt that this was made public during the Adamawa State High Court sitting in Yola.

GNtv News recalls that the INEC REC was suspended by former President Buhari for declaring Aishatu Binani winner of the Adamawa governorship election when voting had not ended.

Buhari had ordered the Inspector-General of Police, Director-General of the Department of State Services and the Commandant General of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps to investigate the case.

However, since then, Barr. Yunusa Ari has run away to hide in Niger Republic.

Furthermore, Hudu Yunusa’s lawyer, Dr. Suleiman Usman, has testified that he knows the whereabouts of his client.

Usman told the judge that Hudu has two wives; one of them resides in Bauchi State, while the other one lives in Niger Republic.

Additionally, he pleaded that the case should be adjourned so he will have time to produce his client in court.
