Breaking: Police Release Labour Party National Chairman, Julius Abure

The National Chairman of Labour Party, Julius Abure, has been released from police custody, Lindaikejiblogofficial reports.

Recall that he was arrested alongside the LP Chairman in Edo State, Kelly Ogbaloi, by operatives of the Edo State Police Command on Wednesday evening.

He had been arrested over a petition accusing him of attempted murder and conspiracy to commit crime.

Speaking to newsmen after his release, he said the struggle to liberate a country never comes easy.

Additionally, he revealed he was released on bail after several interventions.
