Renowned Nigerian afrobeats singer, David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has said that he does not know Phyna, the 2022 BBNaija winner.
Having said that, he apologised for mistakenly liking a tweet that appeared to mock Phyna. Recall that the 30 Billion Gang crooner had liked a tweet that asked why netizens love some Nigerian celebrities, especially Phyna.
“The’re some particular celebrities you’d stan and I will profile, judge and conclude you are useless cos wydm you are stanning Phyna?”, the tweet read.
Meanwhile, Phyna took to her social media platform, X, to ask what she did to Davido to deserve such hatred. “Wetin I do @davido? Na wah oh, the hate is real. Congratulations on your twin sha”, she said.
Replying to her tweet, Davido wrote, “Thank you love but I actually don’t know who you are.. and it was an honest mistake.. no vex”.
