Nigerians Blast Atiku’s Aide For Condemning President Tinubu’s Cabinet

Nigerians on X (formerly Twitter) blasted Daniel Bwala, one of the spokespeople for Atiku Abubakar, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate in the 2023 elections, for condemning President Tinubu’s appointments.

According to Daniel Bwala on X: “Largest cabinet since the inception of the Republic; Bloated government since the return of democracy; Largest media aids to the point of superimposition of roles; @officialABAT arguably influenced the media careers of 60 percent of journalists in the country, 40 percent of human right advocates and CSO founders; heck he even owns a TV house and a newspaper company; YET the optics aren’t good and the narrative can’t be changed. Do you know why? No leader can move a country that he is not consciously working towards unifying and to give everybody a sense of belonging. The nepotism is ultra high and pro max.”

Reacting to this;

@jagabanolu Ogbeni: “You are irrelevant…. when PDP was in power whether at federal or state, they appointed cronies, stole billions meant to fight Bokoharam and for electricity production etc. They rigged elections, committed Odi and zakibiam massacres or genocide… so please keep your dirty mouth shut. You are upset that you have no appointment. You are liar and thief Atiku lost the election. Tinubu is president and nothing you pr anyone can do about it. Respect the power of the presidency. All this advice and critic, why didn’t you implement it when you had the chance?”

@tobbiemathew: “You said Nepotism? When his appointments are well spread across board. Even his media aides cut across all regions. We may have national problems, this is not part of it. There’s no need to gaslight.”

@comr_obina: “Go and hug transformer”.

@olusegini: “Keep crying pele”.
