Okocha faults Gov. Fubara’s Vehicle donation, says it’s illegal

Sacked CTC chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, Chief, Tony Okocha has criticized Gov. Fubara over donation of 100 Operational Vehicles to the Police. The Governor had on Tuesday, donated 100 vehicles to the State Police Command to help fight insecurity in the state.

Reacting, Okocha said while other governors were busy donating tractors to farmers and empowering their people to ease the economic hardship, all Gov. Fubara could do was donate what he described as rickety vehicles to the Police.

He accused the State Governor of spending the state’s money without appropriation. He also said failure of the governor to present the state budget to the Martin Amaewhule-led Assembly shows that he is spending the state’s money illegally. Source: Elanhub

  1. I rest my case on Rivers crisis.

    Weather SIM or WIKE, the masses are the once suffering in this crisis while the main actors are benefiting in their own way.

    However, the so-called minister of FCT should be wise enough to allow the incumbent Governor Sir Siminilaye Joseph Fubara to lead till his tenure is over, the truth be told, if it where Wike, he won’t take any opposition party/individual calmly, by now all those opposing him would’ve been in hot soup 🍲

    Wike should allow SIM work after all he brought SIM to Rivers people so why now changing mouth or is it true that SIM refused giving him some share of the State Cake🍰
