Former aide to Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri, has blasted Peter Obi over the purchase of SUVs for the Igwes in Anambra when he was governor.
He said Obi didn’t build any school, whether nursery, primary, secondary or tertiary, but he had money to buy cars for the traditional rulers.
This comes after Obi condemned the recent purchase of 400 SUVs for federal lawmakers.
GNtv learnt former Secretary to Anambra State Government, Oseloka Obaze, revealed how Obi bought SUVs from Innoson Motors for the traditional rulers.
“Just to pit things in perspective, Peter Obi didn’t build one single school. No nursery, primary, secondary or tertiary institution built.
“But he had enough money to buy 400 SUVs for Anambra Igwes. 400 SUVs! In a state that was experiencing multidimensional poverty at that time.
“Apart from SUVs and breweries, what did Peter Obi achieve in Anambra?”, Reno Omokri said.
