Trouble for Wike as PDP Governors Respond After he Threatened to Put Fire in Their States

The governor Bala Mohamed-led PDP Governors Forum has responded to FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, after he threatened to put fire in their states.

Recall that Wike had said on national television that he would put fire in their states if they interfer in his issues with Siminalayi Fubara.

GNtv News also recalls that Nyesom Wike boasted that nobody would take Rivers State structure from him and his supporters and give it to Fubara.

Responding to Wike, the PDP governors said the comments were reckless and unacceptable, and that the security agencies should take note of them for security reasons.

Legit reports that the PDP governors expressed concern in the current situation of things and vowed to work with Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara.

According to the forum, their concern is to maintain peace, cohesion and collaboration among party members.

They also vowed to work with the party’s National Working Committee to ensure that Fubara receives all privileges due him as PDP governor.
